Tickler, the fabulous extra mature cheddar from The Cheese Company, will be launched in the USA in November 2008, just in time for the Thanksgiving Day festivities. The cheese will be available over the counter at New York City’s influential Murrays Deli, and launched across the Mid-West at selected Hy-Vee supermarkets as well as at many Sendik’s stores.
