Milk Link, Corporate Social Responsibility, Our CSR Policy

In achieving our primary objective of providing a sustainable future for our farmer Members, we aim to have a positive impact on the social, economic and environmental fabric of rural areas and the wider communities in which our people live and work.

Through working in partnership with our Members, employees, customers and suppliers we aim to manage effectively the consequences of our activities in the following key areas:

• Marketplace
• Environment
• Workplace
• Community

In the marketplace we cultivate mutually beneficial relationships based upon shared values of trust, quality, service and innovation.

We optimise our use of resources, minimise emissions and reduce wastage to limit our environmental impact.

In the workplace we promote a culture that values integrity, encourages diversity, rewards performance and provides opportunities.

Milk Link, our Members and employees are at the heart of many communities and our business model directly helps to sustain these local economies.

In consultation with our stakeholders we will identify, measure and report on those performance areas that represent our most significant impacts.
