The Milk, Trading & Membership division manages the sourcing, collection, sales, allocation and delivery of c. 1.4 billion litres of raw milk, cream and skimmed milk each year. The division also provides administrative, technical and support services to our farmer Members and suppliers as well as operating the bulk powder and butter manufacturing joint venture Westbury Dairies.
The business is focused on anticipating and meeting the needs of our customers, Members and suppliers.
